We stand behind our products and do our best to make sure you enjoy shopping experience. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know right away so we can make it right!

R E T U R N S  &  E X C H A N G E S

We only offer Store Credit or exchange for returns. Your Store Credit never expires.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or in-store credit. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
  • We only offer E-GIFT Cards for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be issued until the return is processed. This means you can not apply the E-Gift Card to new purchases before your return is processed and we have issued it to you via email.
  • Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit.
  •  E-Gift Cards never expire

Can I make a return to your brick and mortar store? 

Yes! Bring your return to our store located at 328 Broadway st. Chico, CA 95928 - we are happy to help exchange or issue store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How will I receive my E-GIFT Card?

Expect an E-Gift Card to be emailed to you within 1-5 business days of the delivery of your return to our warehouse. E-Gift cards are calculated to reflect any discounts at time of purchase. Credits are not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. 

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL 

Gift Cards are non-returnable.
